1. Agreement
By using iGrowYourSite or subscribing to a plan, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
We build and maintain websites, publish SEO content and provide AI-powered assistants. Plans are billed monthly. You own 100% of your website content and any SEO content published for you.
3. Pricing and payment
All plans have transparent monthly pricing with no setup fee. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. You may upgrade, downgrade or cancel your subscription at any time from your billing dashboard.
4. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel your subscription anytime. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period. Since services are delivered continuously, no partial refunds are given for the remainder of a paid period.
5. Content ownership
Once published, your website content, SEO articles and branding belong to you. We retain the right to show completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.
6. No guarantees of rankings
While we follow SEO best practices, we cannot and do not guarantee specific search engine rankings. SEO results depend on many factors outside our control.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, iGrowYourSite is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
